On June 30, 2015, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) released proposed changes to the overtime regulations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Among other revisions, the proposed changes would increase the salary level for exemption from overtime to $921 per week  from the current salary threshold of $455 per week.
