Excerpt from "Fringe Benefit Survey Series - 2010: Tuition Assistance Practices"
Eighty-five percent of employers report that their organization offers tuition assistance to their employees, according to a recent survey of Tuition Assistance Plan practices by BLR. This is a significant increase over the 52% of employers who reported having such a plan in late 2007. The survey, which garnered nearly 1,100 responses, was conducted by BLR's HR Daily Advisor in August and September 2010.
