Salary Finder
The Salary Finder is now more powerful than ever! Along with all the standard Salary Finder features this version also displays job grade Rate Ranges and allows users to create customized averages based on the demographic components they select. In addition, it provides a Starting Rate Calculator that helps users determine how much to pay based on the experience and skill level of the job candidate.
Performance Appraisal Wizard
Create reports that will help manage your organization's compensation programs, demonstrating how employee salaries and/or jobs compare against your organization's rate ranges/grades, BLR salary data, and external survey market data. Reports include automatic calculations of compa-ratio, range penetration, range spread, and other data points.
Grade a Job
Use BLR’s nine-factor job evaluation tool to assign salary grades to each job in your organization. The nine-factor analysis will help you rank jobs in your organization based on skills, education, and experience.
