We decided to cut the salary and commission for only salespeople without other department. However, they refused our offer and signed agreement. How should we conduct this situation? 



What should be in a termination letter? 



What is the usual process when an employee is terminated? 



We have a salaried exempt supervisor who has gone out on disability in our busy season for 3 out of the last 5 years. We are regulated by New York State Law. Can you help me understand our obligation to this employee?

When documenting his termination, is it important to reflect that the employee was deemed with subversive behavior as one of the reasons that lead to his termination?
