Does BLR have a 50-state summary of state minimum wages?

Can full-time students be paid less than the minimum wage?  



can an employer pay an employee a wage other than tender(money)? 



Do we have to allow additional time paid for employees to put on gowns and remove them? 



We have a mandatory orientation meeting for seasonal employees. Under Rhode Island law, are we required to pay them for a minimum of 3 hours, or just the time of the meeting itself ? 



We are thinking of giving our commissioned drivers a daily guarantee based on the number of deliveries scheduled. If broken down into an hourly amount, it would be more than 1 1/2 times the minimum wage. Is this acceptable? 



I need some help in explaining how to calculate wages for tipped employees in restaurants in the District of Columbia. 



Two employees who recieve a draw against commission think they are entitled to a minimum wage for payrolls they did not recieve a commission or a draw. How do I determine if we need to pay them for those payperiods or not.
