A Note to Readers

In this week’s White Paper, which is available to everyone, two employment attorneys offer advice on how to manage a reduced workforce, reminding employers that they need to pay close attention to the legal issues and offering tips on how to avoid the landmines.
Tips for Managing a Reduced Workforce

As we mentioned last week, we have started conducting our 2010 Pay Budget Survey. We’d like to thank everyone who has participated so far. In exchange for participating in the survey, employers will get the results e-mailed to them at no cost. The results will show employers how other organizations are handling pay raises in the wake of the recession. The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
