A Note to Readers


A recent BLR poll has found that HR professionals deem the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to be the federal employment law that gives them the biggest headache.

New FMLA regs that took effect in January were intended to make FMLA leave administration easier and improve communication between employers and employees. In light of our recent poll results, we'd like to find out if our readers believe the regs have achieved these ends. Let us know in this week's poll.
