COBRA Subsidy Effective March 1 for Most

The COBRA subsidy that was included in the economic stimulus package becomes effective for most employers and health plans on March 1, 2009. And guidance on the subsidy is forthcoming from the U.S. Department of Labor. Read about it in this week's news.
