New FMLA Regs Effective Jan. 16

Last Friday, the Department of Labor released final regulations covering the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and addressing new military family leave entitlements for employees. The regs will take effect on January 16, 2009.

We've already identified a number of important changes included in the new regs and have included them in this week's top news story. In addition, we're offering an audio conference on December 5 that will explain, in plain English, what's changed and what you need to do in response.
