Job Title: Saturator Tender
National Average Salary: $19.55 per hour (June 2005 data)

These workers don't 'tend' dunking machines, though it would probably be fun to get paid to watch people get 'saturated' by falling in a tank of water.

Saturator Tenders tend machines that saturate rolls of untreated roofing felt with hot, liquid asphalt. They turn wheels and move levers to regulate machine speed, flow of asphalt, and tension on felt and press rollers. They also press a control button to regulate flow of felt to ensure uniform saturation and prevent damage to the felt. (Sorry, no targets/levers to throw balls at!)
