DOL Publishes Proposed FMLA Rules

On Monday, the U.S. Department of Labor published a proposal to update its regulations under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

The proposal would revise regulations covering several areas of the FMLA, including notice requirements, medical certification, and the definition for "continuing treatment" of a serious health condition.
