Getting up at dawn to examine new Internet job postings before the competition contacts them.
Poaching new recruits as soon as they are trained, and using big sign on bonuses and hefty raises to lure them.
Getting copies of company and organizational rosters; then contacting everyone who seems remotely qualified.
