The Site Navigator bar located at the top of each page provides a quick and easy way to get to any major area of the website. You can change your location by selecting a different jurisdiction, a different resource type, or a different topic -- or any combination of these options.
Select Topic
This menu allows you to choose from more than 65 compensation
and benefits topics. You can also select a topic from
the A to Z Topics page, a link
to which is located on the top of the left navigation
sector.
Select Content Type
This menu allows you to view content only of a particular
type, such as Legal Analysis, Job Descriptions, White Papers or News. The default setting for this menu is
"All Resource Types."
Select Jurisdiction This menu allows you to access federal information and content from all 50 states. For convenience, the jurisdictions to which you subscribe (Federal and Arizona, in the example at right) appear above the alphabetical listing of jurisdictions. The default setting for this menu ("Select Jurisdiction") is Federal. You can also personalize the site to make your jurisdictions of interest appear at the topic of the Jurisdiction list by clicking on the Personalize the Site button on the left navigation sector and select your jurisdictions of interest.
Go Button When you have made your selection(s), click the "GO" button on the right side of the Site Navigator.
