We asked you for ways we could make Compensation.BLR.com an even better service, and the response was terrific. Our compensation.BLR.com customer satisfaction surveys revealed your opinions about the value of our existing features and about what types of content we needed to add or expand.

As a result, we’ve enhanced the Salary Finder to meet your needs more completely with the following changes and enhancements:

More Salary Data for More Jobs—In order to meet your demand for salary data on more jobs, for more industries, and for more local areas, we adopted a new approach to gathering, analyzing, and reporting salary data. As a result, the Salary Finder now provides you with current, reliable information on thousands of job titles and hundreds of industries and metro-specific salary data for every state!

Ability to Download Data to Excel—We’ve added a totally new feature to the Salary Finder that gives you the ability to download salary data directly to Excel.

Ability to Save Multiple Demographic Profiles—Now you can create and save one or several demographic profiles to use when viewing salary data. You select the state, industry, company size, and local metropolitan areas for each profile and save them on Compensation.BLR.com.

Access to the Latest Survey of Employee Benefits—We’ve added a Benefits Center that gives you easy access to data reported annually in BLR’s Survey of Employee Benefits.

Calculators—We have added new business tools to help you measure the effectiveness of your human resources programs including the turnover calculator, salary budget worksheet, cost ratio calculators, and more.

In addition to these new features, BLR continues to provide you with the legal analysis, checklists, policies, tools, and other information you’re accustomed to including our Performance Appraisal Wizard.

And, we have plans for even more new features to meet your needs including:

• A new job description wizard;
• Advanced salary reporting and data aging tools; and
• New and improved site navigation.
