the category of how outrageous can your behavior be and still complain you're a victim, this lawsuit could be a winner. As reported by the Boston Globe, a graphic artist working for Bell Atlantic was fired because he ran a dating service while using the company's computers and telephones. Bell Atlantic is accused in the lawsuit for wrongful termination and defamation. Local 1302 of the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, is also named in the suit for not fairly representing him in his grievance.
