Labor Secretary Elaine Chao has agreed to President Bush's request that she
remain in his Cabinet for a second term, the Associated Press reports.
In addition, Cabinet secretaries Norman Mineta (Transportation),
Gale Norton (Interior), and Alphonso Jackson (Housing and Urban Development)
will be staying for Bush's second term.
Meanwhile, Chao lost a member of her team when the head of the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration, John Henshaw, announced that he will be leaving

One of the Department of Labor's accomplishments under Chao is the revision of the overtime-exmption standards of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
In general, employers have embraced the changes.
