BLR has opened its 2012 Pay Budget Survey, and is inviting employers to participate. The annual survey collects data on actual and planned salary increases for exempt and nonexempt employees by company size, industry, organized as state and regional data.
The survey results will help compensation professionals benchmark their salary increases against other employers and stay competitive.
All participants will receive the survey results for free.
